Older model Mavic Cosmic tubular rims (no tires): deep alloy rims with bladed spokes & Shimano freehub.
Skewers are included, but no cassette. 8/9/10 speed compatible. Braking surface is still in very good shape.
These are most likely very similar to the tubular wheelset posted by Ben Rasche, which have the
cross tires mounted. If he sells his before you get them, check with me if you are still interested
in a wheelset of this type.
