Attention to anyone who is planning on racing in this years Rehearsal and State Championship Race July 28th and August 4th. There are very nice camp sites located at the county park being used for the staging of this years race. I have included below info on the facilities. It is roughly 15-20 miles to Hood River and the closest lodging. It is Roughly 80 miles from Portland to the race site. If you are interested please call to make reservations ASAP to assure yourself a spot as sites do fill up fast.

The park and campgrounds are located right on the east fork of the Hood River with acres of grass, playground, shelter, and restroom/shower facilities available. The shower facilities are included with payment of a camping site or $3 if you do not rent a site.
