When....Friday Dec. 11th at 7pm...
Who...All women racers...Road, Cross and Mtn bike....strong Cat 4 and up wanting to race and train as a team...

There will be a good size group of Hammer Velo members from Portland at the meeting, ladies and men...
We have a great start to the team of Bend ladies with Amanda Atwill and Jackie Cohen...
We will be going over race and training goals for the team, and some exciting news!!!! We have a place
for the Hammer Velo Bend ladies to do inside Interval training and off bike strength training as a group...
So things are coming together and this could be an exciting new start for you and your training and racing for 2010...
So let me know if you plan on coming, we have space reserved but want to make sure we have enough room for everyone....
