I am looking for a roommate in North Portland near Columbia Park/U of P. I
am asking for 600 for month 1 and month 2 and 400 for the rest. It's month
to month. It's available when you are. The house is a bungalow type home. It
has wireless Internet, cable, phone (us long distance) all the normal stuff
all included in the rent.

I am 32 and work downtown M-F. I am an early riser (around 4:45 am) and go
to bed around 9. Of course I do race so I train indoors in the winter at
times and I am gone a lot during the summer.

I am looking for someone, male or female, 25 and older who is clean, quiet,
personable, not a recluse, and respectful. I don't party for the most part
and just use the house to eat and sleep.

I do own the home, it has a garden space in the back that could be managed a
little better but I do what I can with the time I have. It also has a
garage. It's a 25 min ride to downtown or a 10 min drive. There are close
bus lines as well that will get you anywhere.
