Hi everyone: I'm hoping to find a small house or apartment in close-in NE
Portland some time in the next month. I'm going through a divorce and have
two children. I need to keep them in, or at least close to, the
Alameda/Beaumont/Grant school district so that they can walk/ride their
bikes to school. We're committed to that lifestyle and schlepping them in a
car is something I'd like to avoid.

Please let me know if you have an affordable rental or know of one that will
be available sometime in January or February.
