I am looking for a cross frame as close as possible to the following spec:

Seat tube angle 74 degrees
Top tube 55.5 or 56cm
Head tube 16.39cm

The head tube is the hard part, as you can see it is pretty long in relation to the top tube. Let me know what you've got. This is to make a better-fitting rain bike-fit, sturdiness and rainworthiness are primary, cosmetics secondary.
