I heard a news story at noon today on channel 6 KOIN News that
mentioned and showed a CAD rendering of a proposed velodrome to go in
the place of the Memorial Coliseum as well as some other sporting
venues.

Is this for real? If so, does anyone know how serious the proposal is?
