Do you need a little extra motivation? Expert guidance? Get ready to race with challenging indoor cycling workouts at the Therapeutic Associates Athletic Institute of Medicine. You have never really experienced a spin class until you have ridden with Mike Manning of CycleOne Coaching. Bring your own bike and trainer and get ready for a high intensity workout designed to get you in shape in time for racing season. Lung searing, leg burning interval cycling mixed with incredible, high energy music.
Riders of all ability levels are welcome to participate at a drop-in rate of $15 per class or $120 for the full program. You must call to reserve a spot as space is limited. This 12 week program starts on Monday, Jan.11 and will meet every Monday at 6:00 PM. The training focus will be on power production and structured interval training. You will also receive coaching on pedaling efficiency and breathing techniques. We will also be conducting strength and advanced core training at the CycleOne Coaching location at Orenco Station. Coach Manning has 30+ years of muscle training experience and is certified by NASM as both a Personal Trainer and a Performance Enhancement Specialist. These sessions will target cycling specific muscle development to improve both power and acceleration. Positive results are guaranteed! Hourly training sessions are scheduled twice weekly for 12 weeks. The cost to participate is $250 for the course. Pre-registration is required.
