First off- thanks for all the teams that participated in the event.

All of the proposals passed unanimously.

Congratulations to John Wilson and Meg Mautner who were both elected
to the Board. It was an extremely tight race with many many qualified
individuals. I wish to thank all those who ran and would like to
invite them all to continue to be active in the OBRA community. They
are all assets whose contributions are invaluable.

Add clydesdale category- FAIL*
Note that promoters can always add a clydesdale class. Team BAR points
are always awarded.

Two Number requirement for road races- PASS

Allow mixing of classes- WITHDRAWN

Suspension for 3 misconduct warnings- PASS*
(suspensions will be subject to Board Approval)

Modify racing rules to allow those under 10 to race as stokers- FAIL
