Hi There,
I am looking for a new roommate (my current roommate would like to move in with her boyfriend).

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath Goose Hollow rental available immediately.

Here are the details:

About the place:
-10 story condo building on SW Park Pl. Portland, OR
-Secure building with many friendly (and nosey) retired folks
-Lower Unit facing back of building, very quiet
-Great location: Close to buses, max, NW 23rd, Washington Park, etc
-Washer/Dryer & Dishwasher in unit (For those rainy days and aspiring chefs)
-Access to fitness center with treadmill, recumbent bike and free weights
-Already furnished common areas in unit (Living room, dining room, all kitchen items: pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, etc)
-Room is unfurnished (although my current roommate may sell some of her stuff if you are interested)
-Small storage unit in basement
-Street parking (we don’t have an off-street space, but there is permit parking on the street for $35 a year and I never park more than 3 short blocks away)
-Some bike parking in building

Fees & Lease Details:
-Monthly Utilities to Split in addition to rent: $57 for cable internet, $10 for upgrade to digital cable (expanded cable is included in rent), $40ish Summer/130ish Winter for electric (gets cold in the winter)
-$75 Rental Application Fee (current roommate may pay this since you are doing her a favor)
-$500 Security Deposit
-Short Term Lease (up in July), with option to extend
- No additional pets please

About me & the Pooch:
30 Year Old Female Professional originally from the Bay Area
Been in Portland 5 years, been at this address for almost 3 years (love it here)
45lb, 6 Month Old Friendly and well-behaved Australian Shepherd/Cattledog Mix (Goes to daycare 2 times a week), kenneled in my room at night
Hobbies include bike racing, running, soccer, snowboarding, shopping, cooking, and reading. I love most sports.
I am clean, tidy, and easy-going. I am around with the dog in the evenings, but generally out and about on weekends.

I have a lot of stuff and I don’t mind sharing, so I would ideally like someone with minimal stuff. Of course someone who can live with a dog is a must.

Feel free to ask questions.
