young adult. Looking for someone mellow that has interest in commuting by
bike, living green and appreciates the Alberta scene. This is a sweet 3 bdrm
one bath remodeled bungalow a block and half off of Alberta, directly on the
8, 72 bus lines and across street from Alberta Coop. Decent sized backyard
with plenty of room for garden space, chickens or whatever. Plenty of
storage space in your own attic with direct access from the room. We are
competitive cyclist so I hope you like bikes! No pets or smoking. Utilities
(electric, oil, internet, water) included with months rent. Rent is $550 due
the first of month. $250 refundable cleaning fee due upon move in. $50
credit/background check as well as VO2 Max testing required before move in
(kidding about the vo2 max). Call for more details. Room is available mid
