Looking for a road bike, preferably on 700c, 42-45cm w. a TT no longer than 51. Complete, semi-complete, or frame and fork. Something semi-current would be nice, but 80's or early 90's is cool too, as long as its not a department store brand like Ross or Sears. Budget is in the $500ish range.
