"Has anyone had any issues with the prolonged use of a trainer causing any
damage?"
I've found that using the trainer causes lots of damage to my mental health.

Riding inside this time of year on my trainer, I occasionaly look down and
see my bottom bracket area flexing a lot, which made me wonder of the
effects on the rear of the bike being locked into the trainer, while the
rest of the bike is allowed to flex as normal. Has anyone had any issues
with the prolonged use of a trainer causing any damage? I know some of the
answers are that's why you should have a second bike and also a great reason
to ride rollers. Thoughts and any experiances?
