I added the VO upright bars and city brakes but I'll throw in the stock Salsa Moto Ace Short & Shallow bars and the long-reach Tektro 521 AG brakes R20 brake levers if you want them (as shown in the webcyclery pic)

The Casseroll frames have a sloping top tube so know that the frame size may be smaller than your traditional road frame...
