I would contact the Discover Bicycles shop in Hood River -- they're the
'ushers' of that trail system, and deal with the land owners directly to
some degree...or at least that's what I've been told a few years ago. But
I'm guessing NWTA has some info now as well.
I would be surprised, especially after our very warm (and very dry) january
that we're having, if it were too wet to ride there. Loc's ride year round,
as long as the snow isn't too deep.
