I would contact the Discover Bicycles shop in Hood River -- they're the
'ushers' of that trail system, and deal with the land owners directly to
some degree...or at least that's what I've been told a few years ago. But
I'm guessing NWTA has some info now as well.

I would be surprised, especially after our very warm (and very dry) january
that we're having, if it were too wet to ride there. Loc's ride year round,
as long as the snow isn't too deep.

I was tentatively planning on riding Syncline on Saturday, and heard a rumor that it was too wet to ride and there was a strong recommendation from landowners to hold off until it dried out. Does anyone know if that's true, or should I have no issue getting out there this weekend? My main concern is mainly upsetting landowners who open their private property.
