I have a friend who is moving back from salt lake and she is looking to rent a place on the oregon coast specifically Cannon Beach or circa for two to 3+months. she was hoping to spend $750-$800 /month. Her only specific need is a cable hook up for a modem so she can work from home.
PS her place is being leased so she is looking to move soon.
