Some say it's like scotch and Dr Pepper but I've read that they actually
work well together.

How many of you have tried this? Any special licenses required? (sorry)

One question: will any Campy 10 speed shifters work with any Shimano 9 speed
rear derailleur? Specifically, do the Ultra Shift Campy shifters work in
this application?

Any other tidbits of advice? I have a picture of how the cable has to be
routed through the rear derailleur; does it get any trickier than that? I
assume that I have to set the limit screw so's not to shift the chain into
the spokes.
