you can also cut them and use them for pad wrap under your regular bar tape, or just use them instead of bar tape... then recycle them, again.

Cycle Dog and tires go to a company that turns them into playground mats,
dog agility flooring and horse stall mats.

What group is in the most need of worn out tires and tubes? I have several
of each and they are not going to the dump. Any suggestions? Thanks
