It has a bike workshop in the basement, loads of bike parking space in a mostly finished basement (no need to keep bikes in the garage), quick ride/walk to Hopworks for your post ride needs, great space in the basement if you use an indoor trainer, and is very close to bike-friendly roads. The garage is also yours to use as a bike space.
