WTB: cheap STI shifters

I'm looking for a cheap way to get decent, working STI controls on a bike. I've got 8-, 9- and 10-speed cassettes at my disposal, so I'm somewhat flexible as to what they are.

Ideally, I'd like 4500 Tiagra or 5600 105 shifters, but I don't think I can spend more than $100 and would like to spend much less. I don't like the Sora shifting mechanism so I don't want to those.

I picked up a right-hand 105 5600 shifter at the swap meet that seems to be working, so if anybody even has a non-working left-hand 105 shifter I'd be interested, as I could do a 1x10 setup. I don't think I can bring myself to use mismatched shifters unless the shape and size are identical. (For instance, I've got a 6501 left shifter but the lever and hoods feel different than the 105, which would make me nuts.)

I'll bet a lot of people on this list have at some time or another replaced Tiagra or 105 shifters with Ultegra or Dura-Ace and put the old ones in a box.

I've got some ST-M770 XT shifters and Avid SpeedDial SL brake levers that I'd be willing to trade or sell if anyone is interested in those.

Can someone help me out? Or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and spend more money?
