Oregon is a big state. Portland, with lots of OBRA racers is in one
corner, somewhat near this year's Ch. RR course. Lots of Washington
racers prefer to race with OBRA..for various reasons. Closer for them, too.
Cut through Yakima and avoid that I-5 >S boring drone, you Wa. racers.

Having the Championship RR up in the Gorge this year just means some
must drive more, some will drive less. I happen to live near this venue but
I've driven long for other OBRA races in the other parts of the state, too,
much more often than not.

You could be trying to race in California...think about that. Over 1000
miles long, that state, and very few actual RRs anyway. Mostly crits and
glorified circuit courses.

. The course Chad's going to use for us is outstanding, one of my favorite
rides for later in the season because of moderate temps. up in the
mountains. We have the best racing in the west with OBRA..go try it
somewhere else if you don't believe me and you will return to OBRA in full
agreement.
