Hi again Obra community. I am looking for a room to rent in Portland. Just got done working in Washington and am back in Portland for a great part of the racing season. I am looking for something up to $450 plus utilities. A place within a 45 minute ride radius of downtown would be best.

I'm looking for a place to live May 1st. (or June if it's perfect)

*What I want:*

- Less than ~$600
- Within 6 or so miles of downtown Portland
- Large sized room, or spare office-y area
- Lots of basement/garage storage
- Some sort of yard
- Prefer a shared house vs apartment
- A place I won't have to move out of for at least a year or two

*About me:*
I'm a great roommate. 32 years old, been in Portland for 10. I love to cook
nice food and make fancy cocktails. I work from home 50% of the time, but
am gone many weekends. Go to bed at midnight, get up at 7. Have lots of
bike tools and other tools. Have lots of kitchen stuff as well. I like
pets. Clean up after myself. Pay my bills. Drink in moderation, only smoke
around a campfire. But don't care what you do. I sleep like a rock.

I run my own graphic design business, ride my bike everywhere, and love
going on adventures. I've got a liberal world view, but am not pushy about
it. I'm ambitious, curious, and fun. My Facebook profile and Flickr page
