J Ballantine

I would like to buy a frame with a 54-55 cm top tube. I would be
using this as a rain bike, so I am looking for less expensive, but
will consider all offers. I don't really have any particular frame
material in mind, but I would like the bike to be on the 'racier' end
of things.

Please reply off list with what you have and how much you would like
for it.
