Hi Everyone,

For everyone who sent me trail directions and places to stay, I say thank
you to you all. Unfortunately, I was not able to stop in Ashland (I did
re-fill my gas) as my co-workers that I was driving with wanted to continue
on to Redding. We are on our way to Sea Otter and by the time we got to
Ashland this evening, we thought better to continue on. Maybe on the way
back I will be able to stop and get some rides in.

I do now know that the Jedi trail is too far away, but there are plenty of
other options in town that would work just fine.

Lastly, to the kind person who offered to be our trail guide for tomorrow
morning, I sadly deleted your email off of my phone (along with your contact
information), thus I was not able to give you the call I promised I would
give. Hopefully, next time I am in town, we will be able to get together and
hit some of the sweet looking trails that surround Ashland.
