I thought I would throw this out there for some perspective. There
has been a lot of talk about "Chief" Whitehead. Keep in mind there
are TWO cops in North Plains. The Chief and a second officer (who I
guess would be the assistant chief). I think this place is more of he
good ol' boy system with respect to the Mayor and the council, I don't
think what little noise we could make would really matter. Besides
I've been riding out there for years an have yet to even see a No Pla
copper.
