Cherry Blossom Cycling Classic is taking place the same weekend as the Northwest Cherry Festival. There are many activities planned for the entire family. Please visit their website to view all their events at: www.thedalleschamber.com/cherryfestival2010.htm
There is also the Cherry Festival 5 and 10K run that takes place on Saturday at 8:30 AM at the start of Stage 2 on the same course the riders will be racing later in the day. It is beautiful and one more way to enjoy the festivities! Call Steve Thompson at 541-296-6398 for more information. There is also a Cherry Festival parade at 11:00 on Saturday morning through downtown following the run.
For evening entertainment the River Tap Pub will be showcasing beers, wines and spirits of the Columbia River Basin. Live music also on Friday and Saturday nights! Please visit their website at www.rivertappub.com for more information.
On Sunday at the finish line of the downtown criterium to conclude the race we have planned a wonderful expo with many art vendors, ice cream and a Kid's Fun Zone. And as always food and beer garden for spectators at the finish line!

New prize offerings for our Masters riders! Set of Zipp 404 Tubulars for the first place overall Masters winner. Garmin has offered an Edge 500 for the Masters prize list as well! Add to that some nice wine tasting around town after the races and there will be some HAPPY Masters racers!
