Portland Parks has a survey posted on their website that you may want to participate in. I believe this link will get you there. You will have to register first, but it's easy.

Showing support for all the options, trail sharing, and new trails, is great. My personal opinion is that the biggest issues for park are invasive plants, and that spending on enforcement is a lower priority than spending on taking care of and enhancing the park (each ranger costs $85K/yr).
