Good questions. We will be posting online each night the lucky winners of
the wheel lottery for the next day. That way you will know in advance. So
tonight we will put wheel lottery winners under the results page for
tomorrows race.
We will be issuing numbers. We like to coordinate numbers by category and
sequence hence why we provide the numbers.
