2008 Haro Sonix S, 18” $1400
Patented Virtual Link System 120mm travel frame, and 100mm Rock Shock Reba Race
This bike was purchased new in August of 2008, stripped of its stock components and re-built with much lighter parts. It has been ridden only in the summer months. It was never used for freeride or jumping. The only racing it saw was at short track last summer where it performed excellent for me.

Last September I replaced the rear derailleur, chain, cassette and middle chain ring and serviced the fork with new fluids before it was hung up at the beginning of cyclo-cross season and has not been ridden since. The granny gear is also brand new; it was uninstalled when I built the bike.

Components are not stock except for the SLX front derailleur:

Sram X.9 trigger shifters
Sram X.9 rear derailleur, New
Sram 990 11-34 cassette, New
Sram PC-971 chain, New
Hayes HFX-9 Carbon disc brakes
Race Face Caron Seat Post
Salsa Pro Moto Carbon Flat Bar
Race Face Dues Sl cranks and rings with X type BB (44-32-22)
FSA 115 stem
Selle Italia Filte saddle with Ti rails
FSA XC wheel set and skewers
Hutchinson 26x2.0 Super Light Python Tires (2)
Hutchinson 26x .4 Bulldog Kevlar bead Tires (2)
Rockshox Reba Race Fork
Rockshox MC 3.3 Rear shock

I have loved this bike and had a great time riding it. The only reason I am selling it is because after short track I fell back in love with racing and joined a team who is sponsored by a different bike company and they want me on their bike. So it must go.

I have taken great care of this bike and it is more than ready to be ridden or raced.
