Subject: [OBRA Chat] need to borrow or purchase a small road bike for 18 year-old

I have a great nephew who really, really wants to race Beautiful ETT on Sunday. I do not have enough small bikes for all who want to race. He just turned 10 and has about 24 inch inseam (stand over measure).

Does anyone have a small road bike we can borrow? Or a small road bike they would like to sell inexpensively?
