I don't know if Rob has gotten back to you yet, but if you're interested in enclosed recumbents, AKA "velomobiles", you should wait about a month and come to the Left Coast Velomobile Gathering: http://lcvmg.com/ . This'll be the second year the LCVMG has come to Portland, and this should be the largest gathering of velomobiles in North America... ever.
