Advanced Bicycle Maintenance Class at the Community Cycling Center

Monday nights for 5 weeks starting June 7th! 150$ covers all five classes,
which is much cheaper than an overhaul.

Have you ever wanted to take your headset apart to clean the bearings but
lack the specialized knowledge? In the Advanced Bicycle Maintenance Class
you will learn how to overhaul your hubs, bottom bracket, and headset as
well as gain experience with advanced wheel truing.

This class is perfect for people with intermediate mechanical skills who
want to learn more about bearing systems. We will introduce you to the
specialized tools and techniques necessary to perform advanced wheel truing
and bearing system maintenance. This hands-on class will have you pulling
bearings out of all kinds of parts on your own bike, and learning how to
check if they are worn out, replace and repack them.
