Folks,

I'm working with Matt Martel processing some of the TTT registrations, and I
wanted to provide some quick info if you're planning to drop an entry in the
mail last minute.

1.) Please make sure your team mates are qualified to race in the field
for which you are registering. This primarily applies to the Cat 3 Men. If
you register for the Cat 3 Men, the riders must be Cat 3. One may be Cat 4.
No Cat 5s. No cat 2s.

2.) Please don't reduce/discount the entry fee before you mail it in.
While it would be nice to be able to dictate the price you want to pay for a
good or service, this is not the situation. The mail-in entry price is
actually higher than the nominal online registration price for a
reason.because it takes more time for us to process the mail-ins and address
all the missing information. We have worked for several years with the
online registration provider to ensure we get the information needed to
properly submit results. That said, if you discounted your entry fee before
sending it in, you will need to pay the rest of the balance before you will
be allowed to race.
