Posting for a friend. Looking for a good quality, good condition road bike or flat bar road bike for a 5'2" woman. Price range is flexible depending on the bike. $500 to 1500. She would love a Terry bike with the smaller size front wheel but she can't find a shop that carries them in stock around pdx.
