Mt. Hood Cycling Classic

Dear NW Racers,

Just a quick reminder that registration closes tomorrow at midnight. Why not go ahead and sign up today so you do not have to stress about making the time cut.

We have some incrediblly talented pro men's field coming this next week to race in Portland and out in the Gorge. UnitedHealthcare, Bissell, Kelly Benefits, Team Type 1, Landrover, and more are all going to be in the Hood. Even if you are not racing come out and watch the action at PIR Tuesday, Tabor on Wednesday and the legendary Hood River Crit on Sunday. We have a wicked beer garden, BBQ, Expo, music, prize raffles and more.

Remember if you are signed up to race in the amateur categories you can pick up your packet early at PIR and at Mt. Tabor at the expo. Save yourself some stress on race morning. We also have packet pickup on Thursday at race headquarters at the Best Western Hood River Inn from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Racing starts at 1:30 up at Trout Lake, WA. It is a 30 minute drive from race headquarters to the start.

Those of you eager to check out courses this weekend we are still working to remove snow from the Mt. Adams Road Race. Forest Service is working to remove the remaining two miles of snow on Road 23 this week. Keep you posted. It is an amazing course that everyone has to check out.
