Folks-

I received word about an incident at last night's PIR. Two riders
behaved in a manner that fell below our expectations of OBRA members.

Both name calling (with the intent of provocation) and unwanted
physical contact are unacceptable. Both riders will receive
sanctions.

As an organization and as a community we do not and cannot tolerate
this type of sub-par behavior. We are trying to grow the sport- and
these types of actions serve as a disincentive for people to try
racing.

If you have an issue with someone's behavior, please let our Chief
Refs know immediately. Please also remember that 99% of racers do
this for fun.
