Alpenrose issues

A couple of items related to Alpenrose:

1) Public clothes changing - This week I have received 2 complaints
regarding velodrome users changing their clothes in full public view. These
were 2 separate incidents. One came from the Dairy staff directly related
to a complaint they received from people that were walking past the
velodrome and saw a "fully naked" person changing in the infield. Perhaps
worse, the other came from the Little League. Evidently someone was
changing at their car and exposing their private bits to the children
playing baseball. Come on people, there are public rest rooms, Portapotties
as well as more private areas and the use of towels or kilts to keep you
from offending the public, especially small children. Public nudity and
urination is the most common cause for loss of race venues in the US. This
sort of thing should never happen at any race but particularly at Alpenrose.
The loss of the use of Alpenrose would be devastating. If we can figure out
who the offenders are we will be banning them from use of Alpenrose.

2) Dump trucks - Over the next few weeks there will be 2,000 BIG dump
trucks, some with trailers, bring dirt into the field just north of the
velodrome. They need to pull in parallel to the sidewalk and back through
the opening in the fence. During the day please do not park your car along
the rail at the top of the velodrome.
