Against all common sense and still recovering from illness, I went ahead and raced last night at PIR.

Biggest bummer was that only THREE women signed up to race in the new Singlespeed Womens' category. (A fourth hobbled over and promised that when she was better she'd sign up too.)
As a result of the small field (three started, two finished) I got second place. This is a HUGE disappointment for me as I'd hoped more women would take the plunge into Singlespeeding.
COME ON! You have only your shifters to lose.
