Awesome job Sunnyside and COTA. It was a beautiful day and an awesome
course! (Well, what I saw anyways. :p)
If you live out and Bend and are MTB'er- JOIN COTA! Give back and help
maintain the trails we all get to use!
Thanks for an awesome time! (Next time I promise not to crash- which
I did catch on my helmet cam)

Phils trail area is so overused that putting a race on top was difficult. The Wanoga area was many years in the planning and building. Many people thanked me for designing such a great course, all we had to do was decide clockwise or counter clockwise. Next year there will be more options. Thank you COTA and all you who attended this years race.

>> Congrats to COTA for building one helluva a great race course out at Wanoga! Super fun, very challenging, beautifully designed and built. And doubly cool that Funner and T'winks work great for more than just racing… everybody can have a good time out there! Personally I thought it was the most physically challenging course of the year. My arms were cramping bad by the end of the second time down T'winks, and then my legs were cramping going back up Funner the second time. The course really demands all-around skills and endurance.
