Hi Everyone,

I shipped my bike back from Minneapolis via FEDEX last week and it arrived
on Thursday at my house. I did not get home from my trip until Saturday
night and did not open the box until yesterday. Upon inspection, I noticed
that one of the spokes snapped during transit (it was not like this when I
put the bike in the box). I did insure the bike for a pretty significant
amount in case of damage.

I have never filed a claim before and would like to do so considering I have
to get the wheel fixed and the spokes are of the proprietary kind and hard
to install. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to proceed?
