It is, the email stated that it was a last minute change due to
construction, which is not surprising.

Good information..... and I saw some arrows for STP this morning over by Montgomery Park on Vaughn so that makes sense.... the traffic out on Hwy 30 will still be there. It is interesting the change. I have always been under the impression the route was set in early stages of planning. Oh well.

Weekend riders...
I was on Hwy 30 today and noticed the new STP marks on the roadway. I have no idea when it takes place, but assume it could be soon.... as in this weekend or next. I say this because I personally do not like to ride out Skyline, then drop down and find myself in Carnival atmosphere as I ride back into Portland. Some may love it. Whatever..... now you know it is coming.
Looks like it is coming into town via the St John's Bridge, onto Willamette Blvd and then East on Rosa Parks.... not sure where it goes after Interstate Ave. Enjoy or avoid as you desire.

It's this weekend. One day riders won't hit PDX until late
afternoon/early evening on Saturday. Two day riders are likely to be
fairly spread out on Sunday.
