What if....
Spot personal locator in the seat tube of a couple of bikes, and blanket parties everywhere the bikes stop once they get lifted....

I am trying to avoid moving to Portland to finish school, one of the reasons is bike theft. I don't feel like my bikes are exceptionally nice, but the thought of some dirt bag pawning them to score some crap drugs makes me grumpy.

Please don't take that wrong, not dissing p-town. Just don't like thieves.

especially the cartop radios as they are not produced anymore so they
should be easy to spot. They are radio shack marine radios with
external antennas.
