is off and running at a brisk clip.

Last week we featured two Guest Coaches from the pro tour world of the AVC, 3
time National Champ, Dave McCook of Maquire who won many events in the Masters,
and Ryan Belew of Colorado University who dropped a 4:55:01 4k in our practice
(the track record is 4:54:23) to the amazement of all the children and parents
in attendance.

COMING UP:
Monday morning Ryan Belew is returning for a grudge match against Jake Hansen,
whose 5:01:26, though a personal best, was no match for the 6'4 Colorado kid
coached by the famous creator of Kids on Bikes, USA Cycling's Mark Tyson.

Wednesday morning will feature local up-start Pursuiter, Stephen Bedford!
Come on out and race these guys, or just learn how to be fast long.
