Hi everyone! It's back to school time with cyclocross just around the
corner. I will have cross clinics every Tuesday and Thursday nights near
Mt. Tabor for the next 3 weeks at 6 pm. Tuesday night is just for women.
Cost is $25/ night with a limit of 10 people per clinic. Contact me for

UPDATE! The PDX Cross Academy is a success! However life does get in the way. I am having a makeup class on Sunday at 1pm at ME Fitness at MLK and Alberta. In this class we will be going over the first class and will be doing barrier drills. So if you missed Thursday OR you want to get in show up and enroll. Each class is limited to 10 riders. I do this so you get the attention you need. I have about 3 slots available for the rest of the term. Each class is skills based and will get progressively harder than the last. 719-201-0726
$20.00/class must bring release and hold a current OBRA license.

Just make sure you bring a check and a standard OBRA Release to the camp tonight at 630. We are meeting at ME Fitness and class will start on time.

Hi every one. Classes start tomorrow for the PDX Cross Academy and I wanted to let every one know that I have only 3 slots available. I will be out at PIR tonight with flyers and there are releases out there so you can sign up with me. Just ask Lisa or find some one with a VERGE Kit on (there are only 2 of us). Also if you cant make it call me and tell me you are going to show up and register at the time of class. I do want to stress that I am limiting this to 10 riders.
