Gee, maybe we could inaugurate the Albany version of the Iron Horse classic in Colorado. Only the bikes race the boats instead of the train???

I learned this week that there will be two events occurring near
Albany's downtown that might affect traffic flow and parking. The
First is a large church picnic that will be running all day at
Montieth Park, to the south of downtown, and a hydroplane race that
will be taking place on the river just north of downtown. Generally
Albany is very easy to navigate, but this year there may be some
crowds, so OBRA folk should plan accordingly.
