Bend, Oregon's own Ian Boswell had an amazing breakout performance against the best of the best at this past week's Tour of Utah. Ian finished third overall and shared the podium with Levi Lephimer and Fransisco Mancebo. There is a cool article on Ian on Velonews.com Check it out.
