The only stage that is different for 2010 is the Road Race, but I will give a description of each because people have been asking.

McBeth Prologue (5K)- 2K of flat leading to 3K of uphill. Some people ride TT bikes, others don't. Climb is small ring unless you are going to win the Pro 1/2 race.

Briggs Hill Road Race (20 mile lap)- A variation of this course has been used for State Championships, and a 15 mile section of the loop is the same as last year. The climb that has been added is fairly steep, but less than two miles long. Overall, this new stage could be called rolling with one good climb.

Coburg TT (15 miles)- Totally flat, with two right turns. This is a loop, so there is no turnaround. The only difficult part of the course is the headwind. 30 minutes is a good time.

Celebration Criterium (.7 mile lap)- This is a flat wide open safe course that offers a long finish straight and great pavement.
