I know it's late to the party, but could you put a Keensert (threaded
insert) in the carbon? Well, I know that generally you can put keenserts
into carbonfibre, but not sure if it'd work in this application.

Thanks to all that responded to my email inquiry. The overall majority opinion
was to send them back to SRAM, which is what I am doing with the help of my
friends at Cyclepath.

Best regards,

Steve

I think there is a metal insert for the female end, shaped like a top
hat, that can be inserted in there to fix it. Also it may be under
warrenty.

Looking to fix or replace my Force crank arms.

The pedal thread insert on the drive side came unbonded so my pedal axle moves
around in the crank arm. Any suggestions on repair?

If I can't find a fix solution I will be wanting to replace them with new or
lightly used  175 or 172.5 Force or Red cranks.  Got rings and BB.

Thanks
Steve
