Fellow parents/racers:

Over the years there have been periodic requests for babysitters at races.
I'm just gauging interest, because my daughter has a couple of friends
(juniors in high school, all of whom have younger siblings and have taken
the sitting safety courses) who might be willing to imprison -- errr, watch
your offspring for a few hours while you race. I know someone else was also
offering this service in the past so I don't want to get into any
babysitting turf wars or anything, just getting a feel for whether there's
enough interest to make it worth their while.

If you have any interest, give me a shout (off list, not everyone has young
progeny and we want to leave everyone's inbox with enough space to contain
the inevitable flood of "which side do my numbers go on" and "which is the
costume race" emails that always seem to crop up this time of year).
