David Douglas Cross Race (Vancouver, WA) – Oct 2nd

It looks like a great weekend for ‘cross. We wanted to put out a few reminders about Saturday.
• The race will be held in VANCOUVER, WA at David Douglas Park, not David Douglas in Portland. Check the flier and directions.
• No Alcohol allowed at the city Park. Please stay off all ball fields.
• There is no parking allowed along Garrison, you will be towed. If you don’t want to be in the fray, you can park in the Ace Hardware lot, a few blocks south.
• Team tents: We will have a team tent area designated along the north parking area (see map).
• Food: There will be coffee generously provided by Kobos Coffee, Waffles by vendor “Three Little Birds”, and a hot dog vendor Deanos.
• There will be a cross country foot race at the venue on the same course between 7:30am and 8:15am. The course will be closed to bicycles during this time. Luciano will give you the “all clear” when it is available for pre-riding.
• Bring your 2010 Cross Crusade bib number if you have one.
• NOTE: The first 200 racers to register will receive a token that is redeemable for one beverage at the Ninkasi Cross Race on Saturday, October 16th at the Washougal MX Park (must be of legal drinking age).
